About Trampas

Trampas Whalin, a Conservative Republican, is running for Hamilton County Superior Court 4 in the May 5, 2026 Republican Primary. A lifelong public servant, Whalin has dedicated his legal career to the people of Hamilton County. He began practicing at Adler Law Office in Noblesville after graduating with honors from IU Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2010.

Today, he leads Whalin Legal, where he practices both criminal and civil law.   Over the last 15 years, Trampas has served each of the areas of law that Superior Court 4 primarily handles - Criminal Law, Family Law, and Small Claims.

Whalin’s deep legal experience is matched by his community leadership. He is Vice President of the Hamilton County Bar Association, serves on the Community Corrections Advisory Board, and is active in the Indiana State Bar and Public Defender Council—underscoring his commitment to fair, accessible justice.

Outside the courtroom, Whalin has served twice as President of Noblesville Elks Lodge #576 and now chairs the Indiana Elks Endowment Fund for Cancer Research. He also mentors future leaders through Sigma Nu Fraternity.

Trampas Whalin is ready to bring his values, experience, and leadership to Superior Court 4.
